Refund Policy

We at Al-Hadaf School work hard to offer our students top-notch programming and digital marketing courses. We comprehend that there may be situations where a student needs to ask for a refund. The criteria and circumstances for refund claims are described in this refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable only to tuition fees paid directly to Al-Hadaf School.
• To be eligible for a refund, a request must be made within 5 days from the date of payment and before the completion of three classes of the course.
• The refund request must be submitted within the specified period communicated by Al-Hadaf School, starting from the date of enrollment or course commencement.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• Application fees, registration fees, or any other administrative fees are non-refundable.
• Fees paid for study materials, online resources, or any other non-tangible goods are non-refundable.
• Tuition fees are non-refundable after 5 days from the date of payment or completion of three classes, whichever comes first.

Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund request, students must submit a written request to Al-Hadaf School, clearly stating the reason for the refund and providing relevant supporting documents, if required.
• Each refund request will be evaluated on an individual basis.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Considerations:

• Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching methods, or other subjective factors will be assessed at the discretion of Al-Hadaf School.
• No refund will be provided if the student has completed a substantial portion of the course or if the course has been fully accessed or utilized.

Non-Attendance or Withdrawal:

• If a student fails to attend the course without prior notice or withdraws from the course after the specified refund period, no refund will be provided.
• Al-Hadaf School reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the student's level of engagement and completion at the time of withdrawal.

Refunds for Promotional Offers:

If a refund request is made for a course that was purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundled with other services, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportionate value of the course at the time of refund.

Disputed Charges:

In case of any disputed charges or unauthorized transactions, students are advised to contact Al-Hadaf School immediately for resolution.
